Attorney Cindy York is pleased to announce the formation of C. York Law, PLLC. Her office will remain in its current location on Eastwood Road in Wilmington, near Wrightsville Beach. The firm is accepting new clients, focusing on small business matters; and contract negotiations and drafting in areas including general business, employment, commercial real estate, and sports and entertainment.
Ms. York’s experience also includes commercial litigation, personal injury, and real estate. She continues to assist clients with commercial real estate transactions; dispute resolution and settlement negotiations; as well as with personal injury, premises liability and negligence matters.
Ms. York received both her law degree and her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1988, and before opening her office in Wilmington 2004, she also practiced in Charlotte and in Wake County, North Carolina. Throughout her career, Ms. York has assisted clients across North Carolina and has been involved in numerous professional and civic organizations. She is a member of St. Andrew’s On-The-Sound Episcopal Church and resides in Wilmington with her two children.
